A serious lack of basic maintenance!!! The door latch could use some screws, the overall appearance is dated, and the hallways reek of smoke. Upgrading facilities is non-negotiable in the hospitality industry!!!

Had a restful stay for three nights, everything was brand-new. The rooms were comfy with feather pillows. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator worked well. Booked the hotel for its great location really close to the Mariners' Museum and other attractions and all restaurants.

Decent Stay with Friendly Staff
I booked this place last minute and was actually surprised. The front desk lady was warm and called to check on us-a nice personal touch! Although the room was compact, it had a microwave and fridge. Expect some noise from other guests, but overall, it met our needs.
